The website provides company information, creator and team applications, brand enquiries, account management, support and other services expressly marked as available. A feature that is not active is not a service commitment.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the legal age required for the relevant service where you live and provide accurate, current and contactable information. You are responsible for protecting login credentials and reporting unauthorized account use.
Applications and opportunities
Submitting creator, team or brand information is a request for contact and assessment. It does not guarantee selection, a partnership, reach, income or any other outcome. Specific conditions require a separate written agreement.
Platform independence
Magic Carnations operates independently and is not an official TikTok entity or an affiliate of TikTok or any other platform. We will not ask you to provide a third-party platform password through this website.
Creator and brand work
Commercial content, endorsements and promotions must follow applicable law and platform rules, including clear disclosure when required. Project scope, content rights, fees and delivery are agreed separately.
Payments and subscriptions
Payments or subscriptions open only when the website clearly shows the provider, price, billing period, cancellation and refund terms. Card data is handled by a compliant payment provider; the website does not store full card details.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website for fraud, impersonation, harassment, infringement, unlawful data collection, security bypass or malicious content. We may restrict activity that harms users, systems or lawful interests.
Changes, responsibility and contact
